Publishing Rules

These rules apply to every profile published on Elite Contactos. They form an integral part of the Terms of Use.
1. Who may publish
Only adults acting in connection with an independent professional activity that they are legally entitled to carry out may publish a profile.
A profile must be published by the person it concerns, or with that person's explicit and demonstrable authorisation.
2. Accuracy of information
The information published must be accurate and kept up to date: name used, languages, city, availability and contact details.
Misleading claims, false attributes and artificially inflated descriptions are prohibited, as are duplicate profiles created to occupy more space in listings.
3. Photographs and media
The photographs published must represent the person concerned, be recent, and be published with that person's consent.
Photographs of third parties, images taken from another site, stock photographs presented as authentic, and any content whose rights you do not hold are prohibited. Retouching must not turn a photograph into a misleading representation.
4. Prohibited content
The following are prohibited without exception: any content involving a minor or presenting a person as a minor; any non-consensual content; any content depicting coercion, trafficking or exploitation; any content that is illegal under applicable law.
Also prohibited: impersonation, fraudulent solicitations, external links to illegal content, and any attempt to redirect users to circumvent these rules.
5. Third-party rights
You must hold the rights over everything you publish, including the image rights of every person appearing in your media and the rights over any text you reuse.
Any holder of rights may report infringing content through the reporting procedure.
6. Compliance with local law
You are responsible for the lawfulness of your activity and of your publication in the country from which you publish and in the country you target.
The platform does not provide legal advice and does not verify that you hold the authorisations that may be required of you.
7. Enforcement
A breach may lead to the withdrawal of an item of content, the temporary de-indexing of a profile, its suspension, or the closure of the account, depending on the seriousness and on whether the breach is repeated.
Content that is manifestly illegal, and in particular anything involving a minor or lacking consent, results in immediate withdrawal without prior notice.
