Payments and billing

This page explains who sells the subscription, who issues the invoice, when you are redirected and how your payment data is protected.

Seller and invoicing entity

Paid subscriptions are sold by BridgeLink Solutions, which also issues the receipt or invoice. It is the entity you contract with and the one that receives the payment.

The seller's registered details

BridgeLink Solutions' exact registered details appear on the receipt or invoice you get after paying, and in the terms of sale accepted before you subscribe. We publish no address here that is not verified or legally required.

The role of Elite Contactos

Elite Contactos is the platform where you publish and manage your profile. It does not charge your subscription, never sees your card and never stores its details.

The role of BridgeLink Solutions

BridgeLink Solutions runs the payment environment, charges the subscription, issues the payment documents and answers billing requests.

How the payment is processed

Online payment is available. When you choose a paid plan and confirm, you are redirected to the secure BridgeLink Solutions environment to enter your payment details. You then return to Elite Contactos and your plan is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Billing

BridgeLink Solutions sends the payment confirmation and the receipt or invoice to the email linked to your account. If you need an invoice with specific details, you can request one from your billing area.

Refunds and cancellations

You can stop the renewal at any time from your billing area and keep your plan until the end of the period already paid for. Refund requests are handled by BridgeLink Solutions under the terms of sale accepted at purchase.

Payment data protection

Your card details are entered only in the payment provider's secure environment and never pass through Elite Contactos. Elite Contactos only receives the subscription status: active, pending or cancelled.
