Age and Eligibility

1. Minimum age

Access to the platform is reserved for people who have reached the age of majority applicable in their country and who are at least 18 years old.

There is no exception to this rule, whatever the country from which the connection is made.

2. Visitors

On the first visit, an age gate requires an explicit confirmation before the content is displayed. This choice is stored on your device so that it is not requested again on every page.

This confirmation is a declaration by the visitor. It is not, and does not claim to be, a verification of identity.

3. Professionals

Publishing is reserved for adults. Every published profile must relate to an adult person.

Presenting a person as a minor, or using content suggesting a minor, is prohibited even if the person is in fact an adult.

4. Controls

The platform applies a declaration on access, a review of published media, and human handling of reports concerning age.

Additional evidence may be requested as part of a verification procedure. Such evidence is never published.

5. Zero tolerance

Any content involving a minor is withdrawn immediately, the account is suspended, and the operator acts in accordance with the obligations applicable to it.

6. Reporting a concern

If you believe that a profile concerns a minor, report it immediately through the reporting procedure, selecting the corresponding category. Your report is confidential.
